Marcus has the ablility to recognize relationships!. Here is a quote by Stephenie Meyer about Marcus' power:

Marcus' power is to see the relationships in between people!. He can see more than just mates, he can also see how well of friendship people have!. Example: he could see that Bella and Alice are as close as sisters and that Edward's tie to Alice is stronger than it is to Rosalie!. So, during battles he can see who they should kill to make another person vulnerable!.

No, Marcus is not a tracker!. His power is that he can sense relationships and tell how strong the bond is between those involved!. He can also use those feelings to turn them against each other!. Kind of like the opposite of Jasper!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
