The whole book is about power!. Every living thing seeks power in life!. So when a tyrannic government has taken power, it must continue to hold, and expand this power!. It must keep people down, keep them stupid and willing!. All animals and living things do this, whether it's trees reaching over eachother for more sunlight, or governments fighting over land and resources, or the psychological power that bullies try and usurp over weaker children!. So power must maintain itself or it will fail!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
