Question: 2008 Harry Potter Elections!!?

I'm sure everyone knows election day is coming soon!.!.!. and i was thinking!.!.!. if the wizarding world had elections like this, which Harry Potter character do you think would be best for the job as President/Minister of Magic!? What sorts of rules would that wizard/witch believe in!? How would their campaign run!? etc!.!.!. Explain if you'd ike :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I know most people will probably answer "Harry, of course!" to your question, probably based on their admiration for him!. I totally agree with them with the admiration part, but Harry is more fit to being an auror with his experience and nature than running the entire wizarding world and caring for a cabinet while at the same time balancing a budget!. Seriously!. THINK people!.

Of all the Ministers of Magic- Rufus Scrimgeour and Pius Thicknesse along with Cornelius Fudge who succeeded Millicent Bagnold as Minister for Magic, I don't think any of them were elected!. For one thing it says in the books that Thicknesse was already under the Imperious curse, and was only waiting for Scrimgeour to leave office so he could take over!. That shows that their government was more like that of a bees'!. Where one queen bee runner-up is waiting for the current queen bee to die in order to take her place!.

But if they WERE elected, I'd probably have wanted Snape to win, but along with Dumbledore that would have been impossible, unless they rose from the grave, and then Dumbledore wouldn't have taken the job anyway!.

Otherwise I'm saying probably Hermione would be the best candidate for the first ever MINISTRESS of Magic!. She is the most responsible and reliable in the books and her experience as a Muggle-born would help with muggle-wizard relations, especially when talking to the British Prime Minister!. And she wouldn't wear muggle clothes in awkward ways and so wouldn't raise suspision to muggles, and for the most part give wizards a good, but not widely known name!.

Who do you think would be the best!?

The rules they would make: To make pranks on everyone!? And their campaign would be something witty and clever yet funny as hell! Like the "Voldy's Gone Moldy" thing! Lol!. And the "Constipation Sensation that's gripping the nation" thing!. LOL:D

hermione would be a good choice because she knows about almost everything!. on the other hand she gets a little obsessive about things!. i mean look at how nuts she went with her S!.P!.E!.W!. club for freeing the house elves!.

I'd vote Hagrid!. He's simple, he tells the truth, and he cares about the wizarding population!. You can't find a real candidate like that anywhere!.

I think that it would be Hermione, and she would PROBABLY ban all use of house elves!. And force everyone to join that club she made up!. The campaign would be run by free house elves, and they would give away free SOCK HATS like she gives the elves!Www@QuestionHome@Com
