Question: Does anyone know the title of this mystery story!?

I don't remember the title of this mystery story I read long time ago!. All I can remember is that the story started when a girl went to a police station with blood all over her body or something then she complained about being raped!. Then in the end, I think there's some kind of a twist or something and we learned that the girl just set it up to cover something!.!.!.

I don't remember if it's really a book or just a story in a book!. Can anyone help me out!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
