For canadian authors. where to find a list of canadian publishers?

Question: For canadian authors!. where to find a list of canadian publishers!?

I think I've asked this before, I've bought several different mags!. and books about local area publishers and taking steps to get a book published!.!. butmost of the companies I've called are out of business, or not practical for my current location/situation!. is there a online list !?!? or a directory I can order from yellow pages or something to get a upto date listing !?!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Is there a particular reason why you want only a canadian publisher!? As I recall, most canadian publishers are small presses, and the majority of publishing in north america is in the US!.

Is there a reason why the location is important!? Just because a publisher is close enough to drive to doesn't mean much!. With postal service, email, telephones and fax machines, you don't have to live within driving distance, even to a canadian publisher!.

I realize you may not be a sci-fi fan, but look up Robert Sawyer (canadian writer)!. His website has quite a lot of information on it, including stuff about the industry in canada!.
