I read a book a really long time ago and i like it a lot!. It's either by Nora Roberts or Danielle Steele!. I used to think it was The Ranch by Nora Roberts but after reading it, it wasn't the same!. The story I read was about 3 women who were friends or sisters!. Some old guy died so the 3 women went to live on his ranch!. I think for some reason 2 of the girls didn't like each other and the other one was kinda caught in the middle!. The youngest one has this boyfriend who is really mean to her!. He eventually comes and tries to kill her or rape her or something!. And there's one part where that one girl is in a store somewhere and sees him!. also i think she wears a wig!. I know there was swearing in the story!. And it was pretty long!. I didn't have the cover of the hard cover copy i had but the book itself was on the big side and black!. If you have any idea please let me know!. I've been wanting to read this again for a long time!. I've looked in every library I've been in since then and all the book stores!.
