Emily Windsnap series (3 books) (mermaids) Phillipa Fisher's Fairy God sister (fairies) Fairy Realm series (10 books) (water sprites, unicorns, fairies, mermaids, etc!.) Molly Moon series (4 books) it's not fantasy though, but it is interesting!. The Islander The Chronus Chronicles (2 books) Fairest Ella Enchanted Thats All I can think of right now!.
