Its kind of a Sci Fi Fantasy setting!. It can be when ever you want it to be becuse the Time and place dont actually exist!. Generally in this case you could consider it the future but even then it isn't any time specific or even any where!. It could very well be a long time ago in a galazy far far away!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
