Question: In breaking dawn what does alice see when bella realises she is pregnant!?

In breaking dawn, the first book (bellas book) bella realises she has become pregnant, and tells edward!. Soon after the phone rings, and it is alice (who sounds worried, because she has seen something, most likely about bella and the baby) what exactly does alice see, because its not in the book!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Alice couldn't see anything that's why she was worried, in the middle of the book Alice said she liked the presence of Jacob because in his and any other werewolf's presence she cant have promotions(see the future)!. also near the end of the book when she, jasper and the half human half vampire(don't know what his name is )(its what Nessie is) comes into the clearing and Bella and Alice get to talk Alice says how hard it was when your searching for something that you cant see!. so in conclusion Alice didn't realize that Bella was pregnant she just couldn't see what was going to happen in the future and thought there must of been something wrong and see was right!.
