It only works for me when I add God into the gratitude!. I wonder why there is no mention of God in the book or the fact that The Law of Attraction came from Abraham!?

i think i was using the secret well before it came out!. its not really that big a ******* secret is it!?

whether or not it came from any part of the people mentioned in the bible is entirly up to you!. all i know is ive been working on the philosiphys of the secret for years, then suddenly its on oprah, and im thinking to myself "duh, lets publish general knowlege"

The Secret is a good theory, however they do leave some stuff out!. You are right, it is very important to add the God component!. And not just God in the Christian or Catholic sense, but whatever God or Goddess or diety that you pray to!. And another thing to remember is that it's not as easy as think, believe, receive!. It is ridiculous to think that, as humans, we just have to always think positive!! That just gets exhausting! Of course we are going to have negative thoughts, its normal! And that is where God comes in!. You, as a human, can and will have negative thoughts, but it is how strong your faith in God really is in those moments that allow you to manifest what you want in life!. It is the ability to doubt AND still ultimately believe that you deserve everything that you want and that God wants you to have it!.

The Secret is, like I said, a good starting point, but just not quite developed enough!.

And I believe that the reason they don't mention the Bible is because it is not a religious book, it is a spiritual, new age-y book!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't use Secret!.!. usually I use Right Guard or Old Spice Endurance!. Mitchum unscented left some kind of residue on my shirts that I didn't like, but it worked well enough for me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
