Question: If you've read Dune!.!.!. your opinion please!?

I read Dune recently!. I liked it!. Should I just stop, or should I read the sequels!? Am I going to be disappointed by them!?

If you recommend reading the sequels, please recommend an order of reading them if you want!.

Well, read the sequels in order!. lol!.
I rather enjoyed the sequels I guess!. It's been some time since I read them!. Things get pretty philosophical if I remember correctly!. The focus switches from Paul to his children!. (Paul is like a hermit off in the desert or something)
If you want more Dune, I see no reason to avoid the sequels!. If you don't like them, simply stop reading!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you like the first book, I recommend reading the second and possibly the third!. The first will always be my favorite, but if you are a big enough fan, go for it and read at least the next two books in the series!. You have to find out what happens to the main character, don't you!? Well, if so, then pick up #2!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Dune is probably one of the best books ever written, the sequels are not as good!. I read the dune Messiah (next book) then Children of Dune and then God Emperor of Dune - each seemed to get further away from the crisp intense writing of Dune itself!. I quit after that because of disappointment!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I like the prequels more!. Brian Herbert took his fathers notes and plotlines to develope some rather impressive stuff!. I recommend starting with the "Butlerian Jihad" series then starting in with "House" books!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
