The very first thing I would ask her is "Why haven't you written any other books!?"

-How did you come up with the character Boo Radley (was he based on someone you knew)!? (Technically two questions, but connected!.)

-Is the scenario in To Kill a Mockingbird based on something you'd seen or heard about or merely from your imagination!?

-How do you think things have changed since you wrote the book!?

-Who is your favorite author and/or novel!?

I think my questions (and there would most likely be many others) are rather self-explanatory!.
