Just Kidding! I would say that the Rising Action is when Mr!. Darcy asks Elizabeth to marry him and then ends up insulting her and her family!.

OR

When Elizabeth finds out, when she still likes Mr!. Darcy, that he is actually supposed to get married to his cousin!.
