As far as I know, Tamala was never a manga!. t!.o!.L!. did put out a couple of art and concept books, but they weren't straight-out print adaptations of the movie!. I tend to doubt that you'd find them easily outside of actual Japanese book distributors!. My copy of "Tamala Books" (one of the concept books they published) came from Kinokuniya Bookstore in San Francisco's Japantown and was published by a company called Kinetique!.
