I dont want to publish a book in my own name!?

can i publish using one signature name!. ive seen books with authors who use only one name!.!.!.!.which maybe made up or juz a nickname

so i was thinking of publishing a book using somefin

Don't use Dazzle, no one will take you seriously, (unless your writing children's books((even then there is probably someone called that)) concentrate on writing your book

You can use whatever name you like so long as it isn't one that is in use already - WHEN you get a publishing deal!. The hard part is to get that elusive deal - concentrate on your writing first! Your agent or editor will advise you on the name you publish under, so don't worry about all that at this stage!. Focus on the writing and getting those elusive contacts with agencies / publishers!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Umm!.!.!.!. yea!. You're seventeen and you want the name on your book to be Dazzle!. Well, that's definitely different!.

If i were you i would try a more normal name!. Because if i was a reader and the book was (whatever the book name) by Dazzle!. I'd put it down and pick something that didn't sound like it written by someone who also writes articles for cosmo girl!.

I am not entirely sure you will be taken seriously with an author pseudonym such as 'Dazzle'!. How come you don't want to publish under your own name!? Um, I usually try not to post negative answers, but if that's the quality of your spelling/grammar, I seriously doubt that you'll get a book published, so there's no need to worry about a pseudonym!.

Sure, you only write like that on here!. But something can be said about your syntax and complete lack of eloquence!. Calling people stupid and insulting them is not how you find an agent/publisher!.

And actually, its not quicker!. At all!.

I am being constructive!. I'm being honest!. If you want to be a writer people are going to HEAVILY criticize you!. If you can't take an answerer on Y!A being honest with you, then you wont be able to even handle your editor!. I'm not gonna sugar coat it for you!.

And I've never seen a one-name pseudonym before, and if it was something "cute and exciting LIKE OMG" I don't think I would touch the book!. Who is your target audience!? 13 year olds!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
