Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Hey, it is great that you enjoyed the Twilight series!. Other than them, I will definately recommend you to read the Inkworld trilogy by Cornelia Funke!. The trilogy consists of three beautifull written fantasy novels, about the adventures of teenager Meggie Folchart whose life changes dramatically when she realizes that she and her father, a bookbinder named Mo, have the unusual ability to bring characters from books into the real world when reading aloud!. Another amazing fantasy series are The Edge Chronicles by Paul Stewart and Chris Riddell!. The books are quite popular and are published both in the UK and USA!. There are four "sections" and a total of eleven books in the saga: 1) The Quint Saga The Curse of the Gloamglozer The Winter Knights Clash of the Sky Galleons 2) The Twig Saga Beyond the Deepwoods Stormchaser Midnight Over Sanctaphrax 3) The Rook Saga The Last of the Sky Pirates Vox Freeglader 4) Standalone Books The Lost Barkscrolls (2007) Another fantasy series that I will recommend you is the Midnighters Trilogy by Scott Westerfeld!. It is comprised of three books; The Secret Hour, Touching Darkness and Blue Noon Here's a decent summary of the books: 15-year-old Jessica Day moves with her family to Bixby, Oklahoma after her mother gets a job offer at a high-tech aerospace company!. Upon arriving in Bixby, Jessica discovers that she is a Midnighter and is thus able to enter the "Blue Time" - a secret hour hidden within the instant of midnight!. Over the course of the trilogy, Jessica encounters other Midnighters whom she allies herself with!. The protangonists in the triligy are Desdomona (referred to as Dess), Rex, Jonathan, and Melissa!. The antagonists of the series are the "Darklings and Slithers" - dangerous and powerful beings that created and live in the Blue Hour!. And then there are also the wonderful, but practically less-known, Bridei Chronicles by Juliet Marillier, being her third series of historical fantasy books!. The books are well written and they depict the tutelage by Broichan, rise to power, and reign of King Bridei I of the Picts in the sixth century A!.D!. And then of course, there are the wonderful Lord of the Rings books and The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien!. If you have enjoyed Twilight, I am sure you will also anjoy The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice!. They are in-depth books and Rice has in fact invented her own "mythology" about vampires!. And then there is also Hunter’s Prayer by Lilith Saintcrow which also deals with vampires Here are some other fantasy books I would recommend you: Mirror Dreams - Catherine Webb Mirror Wakes - Catherine Web The Alchemists of Barbal - David Clement-Davies Master of Murder - Christopher Pike Whisper of Death - Christopher Pike And here is another list of all the books that you will definately enjoy: The Secret of the Lost Necklace by Enid Blyton House at the Corner by Enid Blytton The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie The Alchemist of Barbal by David Clement-Davies Mirror Dreams by Catherine Webb Mirror Wakes by Catherine Webb Lover's Lanes by Jill Marie Landis Pandora by Anne Rice The Cold Cash War by Robert Asprin Inkheart by Cornelia Funke The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke The Secret Country by Pamela Dean The Hidden Land by Pamela Dean Champagne Charlie by John Franklin Carter An Oblique Approach by Eric Flint Valley Forge by MacKinlay Kantor Speedboat by Renata Adler Pitch Dark by Renata Adler Within This Present by Margaret Ayer Barnes Seven Seats to the Moon by Charlotte Armstrong Oy Pioneer! by Marleen Barr The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini The Haunting of Nadia by Julia Jarman The Indian in the Cupboard by Lynne Reid Banks Word from Wormingford by Ronald Blythe Nights at the Circus by Angela Carter The White Ladies of Worcester by Florence L!.
