it depends every ones has different opinions!. any way do you mean worlds best writer in this day and age or is the past included!. if the latter than many people would say Shakespeare but if you are talking about modern authors than I and stress the 'I' can easily say Francesca Lia Block, Stephanie Meyer, Zizou Corder and Mary Hoffman are all brilliant!Www@QuestionHome@Com
