When Aro touches Alice's hand and is convinced that she has seen Bella turning into a vampire soon, He must have also seen that Jacob is a warewolf and that there are Warewolves in Forks!.

Does that not hold and consequence to the Volturi!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Since the werewolves are blocked from Alices visions, he probably couldn't see them, since she didn't!. And it sort of is about those visions, because she was showing him the vision about Bella, and I think Aro was probably too interested in that to bother noticing that Alice knew werewolves!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Alice is not able to see wearwolves at ALL in her visions!. Whenever she has any visions that a wearwolf is related in, she only sees something blury!.!.!.thus, when Aro touches her - he is not able to also see anything about Jacob being a wearwolf as the visions aren't clear!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

that's why Aro sees no threat to the situation!.

the only difficulty is that the treaty with the werewolves clearly states that a vampire isn't allowed to BITE a human, not kill them!.

yeah, ur right!. Aro probably should have seen her previous meeting with Jacob!. It's weird because why would he just ignore it!. I mean, he must have read Alice's thoughts on the werewolf situation!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

perhaps he can't "see" werewolves like alice can't see them!. They are kind of blocked from her visions so that may hold true for Aro alsoWww@QuestionHome@Com

He cannot see werewolves!. Alice is unable to see them and so is Aro!. It is kinda a hard concept but its cool :-)Www@QuestionHome@Com
