With a lot of described violence, some character death, a little touch of underground supernatural going on in a normal world!? Would it churn your stomach to read about someone getting their throat literally ripped out, or is that right up your alley!? I just want to know what readers generally think about a lot of blood and guts in a novel!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Yes!. They're kind of the reason why I fell in love with literature in the first place!. One of my favorite books is Autumn written by David Moody; and it's so grotesque and morbid - I love it! :] And my new passion is books where the main character is suffering with depression, and attempts at suicide!. I always thought it was weird; but whatever, it's captivating!. And just last night, I posted a blog: a story that I made in the spur of the moment!.!.!. I call it a rough draft - but I like it so far, it involves a lot about suicide!. The last book I read wasn't as gory, but it was still VERY sadistic in nature!. That being said I loved the violence and gore!. I found them to be pretty graphic!.
