No!. It takes a large amount of animal blood over a long time period to turn a vampire's eyes to the gold color, so it would probably take a lot of human blood over a period of time to change them back to red, although not as much!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No, it takes a lot of blood to make them red (newborns eyes are such a bright red because they have all their human blood still)!. Stephenie Meyer said that if they were to drink human blood it would turn their eyes a burgundy!.
