Question: I'm writing a novel and I need some help!.!?

I don't know if you could call it a novel, per se!. But a story!. Anyways my main character got into a car crash, with a U-Hual sized truck!. And it ended up sending the Range Rover into the water!.
Um!.!. how would you describe that!. And also what kind of effects would that cuase!. I know that she's going into a short coma!. But what else!.

Sounds like a very dramatic scene!. I would describe it something like this:

(her mind had wandered)
The sudden sound of a car horn shattered my thoughts, and I blinked, focusing my mind back on the road, only the road wasn't there!. A truck was!. I jerked the wheel to the side, but it was a pointless move!. The truck was to close, and my reaction time was to slow to figure out how to avoid a crash before it happening!. The front of the truck slammed into my car, and I was thrown to the side, my seat belt the only thing keeping me from getting thrown out the broken window!. The airbag hit my arm, and shooting pain spread through my body!. At this point I wasn't sure what the pain was from!.
The car was spinning across the road, and I managed to grab the wheel in a weak attempt to straighten out the car, but it failed!. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, a sound made my heart rise into my throat!. Water!.
It was everywhere!. The waves were suddenly licking at the doors of the car, and a wall of water crashed through the broken windows!. I cried out in horror, hoping someone could hear me and would call for help!.!.!.!.!.
Something like that!. Put a lot of detail into it to make the reader feel like they are the one that is experiencing the crash!.

um talk about the crunch she heard and how scared she was!.!.!.she didnt know it was coming til it was too late, the car spun out of control and she tried desperatley to stop it but it was an impossible feat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
