Question: Im looking for a certain fiction novel!.!.!.!?

I cant remember the title but i had 4 girls meeting at i believe cornell university in the 20's or 40's and it followed their lives!. there may have been a follow up book!. i know it is not the first wives club!. i believe the book im looking for was written in the late 70's maybe early 80's!. its a wonderful book that i would love to reread!. thanks!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

That sounds a lot like the book "Class Reunion" by Rona Jaffe!. In this book there are four girls, Annabel, Daphne, Chris and Emily that attend Radcliffe University in the 1950's!. The book chronicles their lives together at Radcliffe and also apart after graduation!. There's a sequel to the book called "After the Reunion" and it's also authored by Jaffe!. I loved both books but I think the first one is much better!. I'm surprised that no one's ever made "Class Reunion" into a movie!. I think it would make a great film!. Annabel was my favorite character; I loved her carefree attitude towards school and life!.
