Question: Do you think that Stepheni Meyer hates blonde girls !?

I think so, because in the Twilight series, theres hardly any girls who are blonde!.But, when she does write about blondes, she puts them all out to be mean and snobby!.Example, Rosalie, Tanya, Lauren!. I also think that she kinda made a chance to make fun of blondes with the whole Jacob, dumb blonde thing!.I thought that was rude, and insulting!.As a blonde myself, I feel free to say that nobody should be discriminated by there appearance!.

And really, Bella is a brunette, but she is the most whiny, annoying and rudest person in the book!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think Meyer was deliberately discriminating against blondes - I see that it could definitely come across that way, but I think she was actually genuinely labouring under the delusion that that barrage of horrible, tired blonde jokes was funny!. It wasn't!. I think it was one of the most annoying things in the whole series, discounting Bella (and Edward), who I completely agree with you about!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree!. Yeah, I like Rosalie, but she was definitely rude, Mike was annoying, and Lauren was really rude!. Though Tanya was actually pretty nice, it was true that Bella had an aversion to her, and the whole Edward/Tanya thing made people wary of her!.

I hated Jacob's blond jokes, even though I'm a brunette!. I agree about Bella being really whiny!. I guess that Stephenie Meyer just thought that blonds are supposed to be prettier, and Rosalie is supposed to be really vain and pretty, making her rude because she is vain!. Maybe she made Tanya blond to spike up that irritation in Bella!. It could be due to that whole blond=pretty and vain stereotype therefore!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

um i don't think she has anything against them!. I mean you could probably say the same about red heads because victoria was a red head!. I'm a red head but i didn't really think Stephenie Meyer had anything against us red headed girls!. Maybe!. I like Rosalie loads better than Bella though!. She actually went through hardships, she had a reason to be bitchy to Bella (not that I endorse bitchiness) !. Rosalie was more interesting than dull Bella-- I completely agree with you about Bella !. I hate her!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
