Just recently, I got permission from the principal saying that I could make stories for the school and I created this magical adventure book and everyone was SOOO into it! My next book needs to be out by next Fri!. I want to do a sort of romantic, funny like a TV show called Drake and Josh maybe!? and or sad like Kara- Kara(book's name, really good!!!)!. Can someone give me writing stradegies or tell me some of the most funniest, saddest and most romantic thing that happened 2 u, etc!? Even better, both!! Thanks to everyone!! ^^

~Show don't tell!.

~Use said-bookisms only once in a while (words used in place of said!.)

~Avoid purple prose--flowery adjectives

~Accept constructive criticism

~Use as few adverbs as possible!.

~No passive voice--as much as possible anyway!.

~Use qualifiers only once in a while

~Make sure your story has a grain of logic to it

~Make your characters relatable
