I loved the twilight series!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
I just read a book called Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr which was fantastic! It's about this magical race called fey's and two rulers who are fighting against eachother- the winter Queen and the summer King!. In order for the summer King to defeat the Winter Queen, he must find the Summer Queen who will help give him back more power to defeat the Winter Queen!. He then thinks it is Aisline who does not want to join him, as she has the 'sight' to see fey (they are invisible to normal humans) and has been taught that they are not trustworthy and should be avoided!. This makes a terrible problem for Aisline as he wishes to court her, and she is already in love with somebody else and does not trust them!. It's really good!

Blurb on the back of the book:

Rule 3: Don’t stare at invisible faeries!.

Aislinn has always seen faeries, although they would certainly blind her if they knew of her Sight!. Powerful and dangerous, they walk hidden in the mortal world!.

Rule 2: Don’t speak to invisible faeries!.

But now faeries are stalking her!. One of them, a beautiful boy named Keenan, is trying to talk to her, asking questions Aislinn is afraid to answer!.

Rule 1: Don’t ever attract their attention!.

Now it’s too late!. Keenan is the Summer King and has sought his queen for nine centuries!. Without her, summer itself will perish!. He is determined that Aislinn will become the Summer Queen at any cost !.!.!.

also Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz (the first book in the Alex Rider series) is a great Adventure spy book with a 14 year old spy who has to go into dangerous missions around the world and figure out what's going on!. He also gets really cool gadgets like exploding phones, 'pimple cream' that can eat through any type of metal and all other sorts of gadgets!. It is a great adventure story, action packed and a book you will never want to put down!. It has even been made into a movie! (The book's better though!) This is a whole series of books, so if you like it, there are seven more to read!

Blurb on the back of the book:

They told him his uncle died in an accident!. He wasn't wearing his seatbelt, they said!. But when fourteen-year-old Alex finds his uncle's windshield riddled with bullet holes, he knows it was no accident!. What he doesn't know yet is that his uncle was killed while on a top-secret mission!. But he is about to, and once he does, there is no turning back!. Finding himself in the middle of terrorists, Alex must outsmart the people who want him dead!. The government has given him the technology, but only he can provide the courage!. Should he fail, every child in England will be murdered in cold blood!.

The first in the Alex Rider series by British writer Anthony Horowitz, Stormbreaker will have pulses racing from start to finish!.

If you liked Twilight, you'd probably like Vampire Diaries by L!.J Smith!. It’s about this girl Elena who's always been the most popular, the girl every guy wanted and every girl wanted to be!. Then this guy Stefan comes along and it appears at first as if he's not interested!. Elena is determined to have him, and when she gets him, it just makes the story more interesting when Stefan brother, Damon, comes along, and takes interest in Elena as well!.
Oh, and both Stefan and Damon are both vampires from Renaissance Italy!.
The books in order are:

The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening (1st in The Vampire Diaries series)
The Vampire Diaries: The Struggle (2nd in the Vampire Diaries series)
The Vampire Diaries: The Fury (3rd in the Vampire Diaries series)
The Vampire Diaries: Dark Reunion (4th and last in the Vampire Diaries series)

Those are some really good books (also Harry Potter by J!.K Rowling, but you've probably already read that!)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Tamora Pierce has several good series that I have really enjoyed!. I also liked the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull!. The books by David Eddings, especially the Belgariad series, were fantastic!. I really enjoyed the Gregor series (although that is actually for a little younger reader, it is still a very good story and good, easy reading)!. You might also enjoy several of the series by L!. J!. Smith!. I especially liked the Night World series, the Forbidden Game series, and the Secret Circle series!. Enjoy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
