Martian's "Game Of Thrones" From the A Song of Ice and Fire series Right now, I like it!. I'm thinking about starting Robert Jordans "The wheel of time" Series next!. Anyone Read it!? Are they good!? What other series/books are as good as "A Song of Ice and Fire" series!? Maybe a series with a little more monster killing!? xD Anyone read the Warcraft novels!? Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Robert Jordan's books are very good though if you're looking for loads of action they do slow down a little (it's a very long series!)!. The first two books at least are seriously great reading though!. Plenty of action and mystery!. I would personally recommend Dave Duncan's 'King's Blades' series!. Read 'The Gilded Chain' if you like swords and great characters and amazing plots!. There are also lots more books to follow it though they can all be technically read on their own!. Trust me they're amazing! Note: to add to milkman's post about David Eddings, you could read the Belgariad by him!. It's a pretty good, not too out-there but solid and very readable, fantasy with gods, swords, lots of sorcery and adventure!. Start with 'Pawn of Prophecy'!Www@QuestionHome@Com i LOVED the mysts of avalon series by marion zimmer bradley!.!. theyre my favorite books!. it's a series of 3 !.!. the forest house, lady of avalon, and mysts of avalon but i read them out of order and they were still amazing also i had someone recommend to me the fionavar tapestries by guy gavriel kay!. it's another series of 3 or it comes sometimes in one book!. i read the first one and it was pretty good but i heard the other 2 were even better!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I can't say that I have read those books I have heard of them and heard they were ok but I do have a great series I'm 20 and I know you would love them here they are!. Author - Terry Brooks Series - The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara Books in that Series - 3 Books Listed below ILSE WITCH ANTRAX MORGAWR Now those three books are about magic and adventure and has romance for the main character and very good suspense I highly recommend it to anyone!. It is a little younger than those but still a good series!. Epic, like Lord of the Rings!. DO NOT watch the movie though!.
