you know how in the end, bella chose edward instead of jacob and they marry, and jacob goes off sooo sad!? do you think her choice was right!? my best friend actually wishes she chose jacob instead!. who do u think is better!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I love both of them so much! But I have to be truthful and say that Edward was better for Bella then Jacob was!. I mean!.!. Jacob as a friend is awesome! I so want a guy friend like him!. But Bella Black, nuh-uh!. LOL I'm not saying the only reason is because of the weird sounding name!.!. Edward is just!.!. better!. I see Jacob as a friend!. Edward is a boyfriend, alright!. But I love both (: I would take both, preferrably Edward!. But Jake as a friend!. Ugh!.!. how many times have I said that!? Hah, sorry!. Oh and what do you mean Jacob goes off all sad!? I think in Bella's case she did the right choice in choosing Edward because Edward is her soul-mate, her other half!. They fit each other perfectly like the missing piece of the puzzle!. If she had chosen Jacob she might have been happy but not extremely happy the way she is with Edward!. It's all how you think on the situation!. Besides Jacob imprint later on to Renesme so everybody happy!. "Forever" he agreed

I think Edward is better because he cares for bella like if she were the most fragile thing, and hes compassionate and loving!. Jacob is like every other guy out there nice in some ways but he loses his temper and likes things to bis his way only and I hate guys who are masochist!. Well, I suppose you haven't read the last book yet, so I won't tell you what happens, but anyway Jacob isn't sad at the end he his very happy!.

I always prefered Jacob to Edward, but never really had much hope that Bella would choose him as she always seemed to be so wrapped up in Edward!. I personally think that the way the sitaution is resolved in the last book is a bit of cop-out, too easy for everyone!. But it seems to be the way the author wanted it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think is she was truly the "unselfish bella" that the book makes her out to be then she would have chosen Jake!. By choosing Edward she hurts everybody!. Its like someone who commits suicide they dont take in account how their family would feel or how it would affect them, instead they are fueled by their own selfish desires!.
