1!. Around what page or chapter do you expect the first kiss!?
2!. Around what page or chapter do you expect the two lovers to make love!?
3!. Do you like it when the male has to rescue the female from an enemy!?
4!. In Vampire romances, do you want the female/male to be turned!?
5!. If so, would he/she be turned: willingly, by force, or while he/she is dying!?

I find that set formulas for writing these types of books really don't work!. It all depends on your story line!. The flow of the story as to the whens for all the things you describe depend on how you deal with your story line!. I have many favorite authors in the paranormal romance field and they all deal with it differently and quite effectively too!.
