Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I think that is was completely ridiculous!. I mean, she promised the book, it gets leaked, and then she decides to give up!? That is not setting a good role model for her readers!. However, I understand that she would be angry that someone would do that!. I am just as disappointed as all those other twilighters out there!. She has to use the material she's written to continue the story!. If she just put it to waste, then she is letting herself down!. She'll finish once she cools off a bit!.Www@QuestionHome@Com At the end of the day, it's her decision and she's bound to feel hurt by the leak!. But come on, she shouldn't have given out so many manuscripts!. I think she will end up publishing it, because besides the fact that it will make her a LOT of money, she's come too far with the Twilight series to let something like this stop her from finishing Midnight Sun!. She even said herself on her website that she loved it too much to stop writing!. Even though she said this before the leak, I don't think it will have changed!. But by posting the 12 chapters on her website, she's breached her copyright terms so it makes me wonder!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I can see where she is coming from, but personally, I just don't agree with her decision to hold it off "indefinitely"!. I would understand if it was Breaking Dawn, a new plot line that no-one knew what was going to happen, but its Midnight Sun, its an old plot and dialogue, so nothing was really spoiled when is was leaked!. If she knew she would be so upset if it was leaked, she should have made absolutely sure no-one would leak it!. I think its a bit of an overreaction, or maybe even a publicity stunt!. But I understand that as a writer, its her right to hold off on releasing it!. I really want it to be released, and hope that she can continue writing it!. Edward whateverhisnameis can't be "hot"; he's a ficitional character in a book with NO ILLUSTARTIONS, so I promise you, all of you have a different view of what he looks like and you can all stop agreeing that a made up boy is cute!. Plot makes a story, at least in the real world of literature, and it is pathetic that after THOUSANDS of pages, one has never been clearly mapped out!. I personally have seen at least 100 requests or posts of people on Yahoo Answers wanting the illegal downloads!. I am assuming this is just a small portion of people in general stealing the book!. That sure would be upsetting, to lose a book contract (and the money from it) because some fool leaked the book to the Internet!. And maybe to be legally bound to not even be able to say that!. They should have stopped at Eclipse!. It is beginning to be like the Star Wars books!.!.!.!.they never end!
