Question: Does anyone know of a website where I can sell or donate my used books!? !?

I found a US website called betterworld!.com where you can buy and sell used books and it funds global literacy!. I think this is a great idea!? However, I wanted to donate and sell some of my books and it only allows US addresses!. Does anyone know of a Canadian site that allows you to sell or donate books!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you're simply interesting in donating books that can help others, what about your public library - a women's shelter - centers for senior citizens - prisons, etc!. There are lots of places that would love your books, and you don't have to ship them anywhere!.

By the way, this is totally off-topic, but have you heard of freerice!.com!? It sponsors a vocabulary quiz, and for every word you get right, rice is donated to needy people !.!.!. it's pretty interesting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Unless you find a local outlet to sell your books, the postage will kill you!. Unless it's an extremely rare book, you're better off donating it locally either to a school or a library!. Used books are a glut on the market, and sell for only fractions of their original cost!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would say ebay or amazon but you I think you should donate the books to a local library, selling used books is usually a lot of work!. Contribute to your own country, people, students etc!. It's better and fulfilling!.
