i don't have one favorite character, since lord of the rings just might be my favorite books/movies, but here are my top picks:

- eowyn (because she's kick-***)
- galadriel (because she's smarter than all the guys and they know it)
- sam (because he's so sweet and loyal)
- pippin (because he's just awesome)
- gollum (because he's just the coolest character/villain ever!)
