Yes, even though a lot of people are annoyed, I don't care!.
I mean come on, the weay he'll do anything to protect Bella!. His smile, his well EVERYTHING!.
Overall, I mean not just his looks, his character!. He's very romantic and sweet, but funny at times!.

See, before I read Breaking Dawn, I was a Team Jacob person because got sick of people saying he was perfect when he totally wasn't!. Ed's an okay guy, but he has his flaws!. (Overprotectiveness, the fact that he lies to Bella more often than need be [THAT'S A BIG ONE], he overreacts, etc, etc!.) I could give you a whole load of reasons why I like Jake better, but there's no point anymore!. I liked Edward as the Burning Man!. It made him seem less perfect (and in that case more "relatable") - and, well, the whole reason we see Edward as perfect in the first place is because we see him from Bella's point of view!.

And Bella thinks he's perfect!.

I was really looking forward to Midnight Sun so I could see the storyline from a different point of view, too!.!.!.!.!.

So yeah!. I didn't like him, but after reading Breaking Dawn, I'm kinda neutral about him!. Yes, he is sweet and caring in ways, usually concerning Bella, but even then!. Edward has huge flaws and is not perfect!. I don't hold it against him, he's a fictional character XD but any fan who assumes he is perfect needs to check their facts!.

also, I don't quite fancy having a blood-sucking undead creature start stalking (there is a fine line between obsession and love) me everywhere because he's fascinated by one particular "glitch" I have, plus because I smell sweet!. Although I have seen guys stalk and follow girls for lesser reasons!. Then you have to keep in mind that since Bella is the only one with the "glitch," she's the only one who can have Edward!.
