Question: What should i do about writers block!?

I'm a song writer who sometimes suffers from writer's block!.

What you need to do is get away from the medium!.

Go to a museum, see a movie, carry a note pad with you and write down funny things you read or what people say!.

I'm sure you know these tricks, but sometimes it helps to write as though you are another person!.

Of course, in your case, music is highly recommended, especially unfamiliar music!.

also!.!.!.force yourself to sit down everyday with the express purpose of writing!.!.!.!.you'd be surprised how much can be accomplished with a little discipline!.!.!.!.even if it's just 15 minutes!.

Pretend your under contract and have to have a new book finished within the month or they'll cut you!. LOL

Have a nice glass of cabernet!.!.!.LOL!.!.!.always unleashes the inner emotions!.

That's okay!.
I too have had writers block, and sometimes to get an idea, you need more than just a few weeks!. Don't push yourself to finish something you have no clue how to write!.
Otherwise, I suggest that you read other books and see if you get any ideas!. I'm not saying you should copy EXACTLY that author's work, but to get a feel of what would be cool to have happen next in your story!.

Go somewhere you love and can think!.
Make a soundtrack for your book!. Draw a story line!. Create a slide show as if you were making a preview for your book into a movie!. Draw a character sketch!. Draw the characters! Write down cute quotes that your characters say or do!.
