Good story or not, I'm ticked off at it!. The writing sends out the message that "You too can have a bestselling 'well-written' series if you write with purple prose, flat characters, plot holes, and a vampire or two," when that is clearly wrong (no disrespect to SMeyer as a human being)!. It bothers me to my core that thousands upon thousands of young adult readers who haven't had a chance to experience proper writing now think that this is the was books are supposed to be, and it could screw the world's literature for a very long time!. I'm fourteen, and I realize this!. Why do English teachers not see the same thing!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
