Imprinting means that she would be the most compatible to make the best bloodline of werewolves (children)!. So wouldn't that mean their kids would be part vampire, part human, AND part werewolf!?!?!? Would it even be possible!?!?!? That's what puzzles me about the whole imprinting thing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I made myself that same question when t happened!. you are in some ways correct they would have all that DNA mixed up in there but in a other way what I think the book tried to explain was that it didn't matter that she was half and half all that mattered was that he loved her and because of Renesmee The Quiliute tribe and Cullen Family were united forevermore!. I've actually never thought about it like that before, it raises a lot of questions though!. Stepehenie's explanation of why werewolves imprint is so that it gives their species the best chance of survival!. Vampires are the natural for enemy of werewolves and it is their natural instinct to kill each other, so it doesn't really make any sense for Jacob to imprint on Renesmee when she is part vampire!. It'll be interesting to see if anyone has any good explantions for this because I really can't think of any!.Www@QuestionHome@Com This is where the fantasy part of it comes into play!. Sometimes, an author doesn't really need a reason behind something, it just IS!. It's fiction, and you can make whatever you want happen, whenever and however you want!. I believe it was just another way of finding a 'soul mate'!. Kind of weird finding it in a child, but if that's what the book needs, that's what the book gets!. At times, you just need to take what the author has given you, and just accept it for what it is!. No need for over-analysing!.
