The writing is very mediocre and DEFINITELY targeted toward teens, and unlike many, many teenagers, I know that it's not the "omg best novel in the world!!!"

Not saying it's horrible or anything, I really do like it!. It's a guilty pleasure read, and it's very much cute!.!.!. well at least, the first three books are!.

Breaking Dawn doesn't leave you hanging, it wraps everything up with a nice, neat bow!.!.!. (and that's why I dislike it)!. The last book lacked personality, and it all seemed very rush!. The transitioning from teenage-Bella to vampire/mother/adult Bella made her lose her personality through it all, as well as Edward!. They lost their lovey-dovey innocent cuteness!.!.!. And Edward and Renesmee lacked a father/daughter relationship!. BLEGH!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I know that Breaking Dawn seems to get a lot of criticism from many readers, but overall, I think I may have liked that book the best!. I like resolution, and I feel like most aspects were tied up in the end!. also, I am a big fan of Edward/Bella over Jacob/Bella so that was a definite benefit to the fourth book!.

When reading, I want to feel something for the characters, and towards, the end, where the conflict is at its climax, and Bella is thinking about this possibly being the end, it brought tears to my eyes, and that's what I feel books should do, touch a person on an emotional level!.

If i hadn't read Breaking Dawn though, the first (Twilight) would have been my favorite!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I love the entire series!. I love them all for different reasons!.

Twilight- Duh! Twilight IS Twilight!. Need I say more!? (No, but I will) It was an adorable story, and that book is when I started to fall in love with a fictional character -- Edward!.

New Moon- The most depressing one of the series!. I cried for about half an hour when Edward left!. But, that was when I really got to know Jacob!. I love Edward and Jacob, but I want Edward to be Bella's!. Or mine!

Eclipse- I noticed a special bond between, Bella-Edward-Jacob!. They all were funny with a little romance, humor, and friendship in this book!. I cried when Edward proposed to Bella!. It was so sweet, and I was also very jealous of Bella!.

Breaking Dawn- I haven't finished it yet (almost done) but I still love it!. It has been brough full circle!. I am so glad I read these books, and I am so thankful for Y!A!. It told me about Twilight!. I started reading Twilight this summer, not expecting ALL OF THIS but, I am so glad I read it!. It not only brought the series full circle, but also my summer has been-- Twilight!.

I love the saga!. I love the way Bella sees Edward!. I love how Edward is so sweet!. He loves Bella genuinely!. I love the love/friendship between Jacob and Bella!. I love Twilight!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the first one!.

Personally, I don't care for the series!. Yes, I've read them, actually, but I just don't like her writing!. It's really amateur and has such a flimsy plot!. The characters are not believable EVEN FOR A SECOND and they're not even consistent with their cliched selves! It's crazy!.!.!.

also, she describes things (especially Ed) over and over and over again!!! And uses the same words, like amber, marble, stone, cold, chagrin!.!.!.!.eww!.!.!.!.

Anyway, I do commend her for getting kids to read, but I don't like her books very much!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Why I hate Twilight:
1) It creates unrealistic expectations for young girls about relationships, men, and life!.
2)Bella is shallow, unrelateable, unrealistic, selfish, boring, and weak!.
3)Stephenie Meyer is very amatuerish!. Her work reminds me of fanfiction on the internet!.
4)Too little plot and too much mushy, contrived love scenes!.

Twilight was definitly my favorite!. I lvoed the series, except for the last book!. It was too weird for me, where Twilight was more down-to-earth even though it was about vampires!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
