I admit that Twilight is addicting when you first read it,
but it has no significant plot, and Bella is actually pretty
annoying!. And you gotta admit - it has no message in it,
unless it's 'you can't live without your boyfriend!.'
Really, shouldn't adolescents be reading novels that has
a strong message in it they'd learn from, like 'The Kite Runner!?'
I hate it when people say 'OMG, TWILIGHT ROX!!!! ITS LIKE, THE BEST BOOK EVVERRRR!' when obviously, they haven't
read a lot of novels, if they think it's the best book ever!.

It makes me so angry that Twilight is getting all the publication when beautiful novels like 'The Five People You Meet in Heaven' or some unpopular book is ignored by the majority of teens!.

I wouldn't consider myself a hater, but I just didn't like it!. Of course, I am not a member of the target audience (teenage female - I am nearly 30)!.

Some reasons:

- It sounds like it was written by a teenager for their English project!. I was very surprised when I saw a picture of the author!.
- It is very circular!. Edward got on my nerves with his whole "I changed my mind" thing!. FIrst he wants Bella to be with him forever; then he casts her aside; then he reels her back in; then he gets rid of her again; then he begs for her back; then he gets rid of her again!. Any self-respecting woman would have stopped talking to him for good after the first couple of dismissals!.
- It is nothing "new"!. It is your classic battle of good versus evil!. There is nothing groundbreaking, nothing fantastic about it!.
- Bella was a horrible character!. I didn't like her almost as much as I didn't like Edward!. She doesn't care about herself, she has very immature thoughts and feelings, and she needs to grow up!.

I'm all for anything that gets kids reading, but this was just a little too blah for my liking!. I'm sure I'll get a lot of thumbs down from all of the fans, but I don't think they've given it a serious critique from a literary standpoint to understand where I'm coming from anyway!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

BD was terrible the characters acted out of character!. Edward was pathetic!. JAcob imprinted on a new born baby!. And bella was insane!. I started reading again last night and i liked the first half even the ending when theyre preparing for war, but the fact that they built up fora war that never happend made me so angry, it seemed like a waste!. UNLESS! of course theres going to be another book on the horizon, to better finish off the ending

If you don't like twilight and the other ppl that say that they donlt like it either!.!.!. then why do u keep talking about it!.!.!. its like ur obssesed to its always in ur mouth!.!.!.!. u guys need to get a life and read books that u like and stop making "lists" on why u don't like it!.!.!.

I like the series!.!.!.!. and ppl are entitled to their opinion but there are ppl who don't like it and still end up talking about it!.!.!.

I like it and i often answer questions about it, the only thing i dont like it when people say it's the best book ever which it is not and write in capitals all the time because it is so annoying!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I love Twilight!. Its one of the best series I've ever read! I even got my mom and little sister into the series!.!.!.
I was a little disappointed by BD though!. It was still good but not the best in the saga!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
