Question: I need help trying to find this song, I can't remember the song writer or title!.!?

It goes "Seven in the morning when I crawl out of bed, one of those days when I wish I was dead," and then it goes, "I don't wanna be friendly I don't wanna be nice, I just wanna be alone so get out of my life," then it goes "Sometimes I crawl out of bed and I feel like a son of a *****!." Is it B!. I!. T!. C!. H!.!? (punctuation only for the purpose of thwarting the censor) It was written by guitarist Richard Zwicewicz who played with Lydia Taylor!. They recorded it in 1982 and it was also covered by the Seattle band Widow that same year!.
