I HATED THIS BOOK!. it's on my list of books I will never forgive myself for wasting precious time reading!. yuck,

basically it's this TOTALLY OVERBLOWN investigation into the interior self with the jungle as a metaphor for "finding the self" and it's supposedly autobiographical - so boring!. it's totally male oriented and existenialist in the annoying sophomoric way!. I'm SO sorry you need to read this!.

It's a book about self discovery!. I'd define the story as an allegory!. Pay attention to the details otherwise you'll completely miss the point of the book!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
