Question: Can you recommend works by Ezra Pound!?
I'm going to work my way through the Cantos with a companion text over the next few months, but I'd also like some prose recommendations that involve his social/philosophical/political positions!.
Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would thoroughly reccomend the biography of Ezra Pound by A!. David Moody!. It deals with his early life from 1885 - 1920 focusing heavily on his poetry!. It does however give a very good analysis of the reasons behind his early workings and the build up to the Cantos!.

Its full title is:
Ezra Pound: Poet: The Young Genius 1885-1920

I hope this helps!.

Check out "Select Poems" by Ezra Pound!. It not only has the Cantos, but has a bunch of his shorter poems like "In the Station of the Metro" and "House of Splendor"Www@QuestionHome@Com
