Question: Which of these books should I read!? I'm a 16-year-old girl!.!?
These are the ones I'm trying to decide between:
Animal Farm -- George Orwell
Everything is Illuminated -- Jonathan Safran Foer
Dead Souls -- Nikolai Gogol
The Archivist's Story -- Travis Holland
The Red Tent -- Anita Diamant
We -- Yevgeny Zamyatin
Flashman in the Great Game -- George MacDonald Fraser

Some books that I've read and loved (to help with suggestions) include:
Brave New World -- Aldous Huxley
1984 -- George Orwell
The Little Prince -- Antoine de Saint Exupéry
Memoirs of a Geisha -- Arthur Golden
Running With Scissors -- Augusten Burroughs
The Secret Life of Bees -- Sue Monk KiddWww@QuestionHome@Com

Start with Animal Farm and go down the list (since it is apparent that you like to read) and read them all!.

Another option is to go to the website called PagebyPageBooks!.com and find hundreds of other titles for FREE in their entirety without ever having to ever go inside the four walls of a library!.

Right now, I am reading a book called The Haunted Bookstore by Christopher Morley (on that PagebyPageBooks!.com website) and its simple but good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you liked 1984, you should try Animal Farm!. But that's just my opinion, you should know which books you would like to try!. Just for your reference, I have list a few sites for you to go and check the plot summary!. From there, you can decide which plot you like best!.

Hope this helps :)

Well, I've only read Animal Farm, but if you liked 1984, I guess you would like that, although personally, after reading George Orwell I always seem to have a bleaker outlook on life than I started with!. But maybe that's just me lol!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
