Question: What Book is This!?!?!?!?!?

I remember a book I read around 5th-7th grade set in the middle ages and there were two sisters I think they were princesses and there was some plague like gray death but it might have been black death- I don't remember much about the book but does anyone know what I'm talking about!?!?
