If this is the story by Dave Pelzer the story is the continuation of the story A Child Called It which deals with the abuse he suffered at the hands of his mother!. In this second story he is rescued from the environment of abuse and violence and placed in the foster care system!. Because of the early troubles with his violent relatives he does not know how to act and has a lot of trouble!. He is also afraid that he will be returned to his mother!.
