Diary of Anne Frank is fine for your age!. Middle schools use it a lot in their curriculum!.

I also recommend Milkweed by Jerry Spinelli it is about the kids who live during WWII in the Warsaw Ghetto in Poland!. It is really good!.

The Book Thief is also great but is a more challenging read!. You could try it and see for yourself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I read Anne Frank when I was 11 or 12!. I feel bad saying this, but I hated it!. Reading someone else's diary, a real person's private thoughts and words, was just creepy to me!. And for a kid, she tends to spend a heck of a lot of time describing room layouts and analyzing personal relationships!. It was boring!. I've read enough books about how bad the Holocaust was, I don't need another one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
