1!. Keep it fairly short, but detailed!.

2!. Talk about the development of Scout's character form a naive child to a wiser, more adult like character!.

3!. Remember to include the themes of the book, including the loss of innocence (that's what the title to kill a mockingbird means)

4!. Remember to mention the setting (time, place, situation)

5!. Include interactions/relaionships of all of the important characters

6!. Include the most important events that mean something to the themes/overall book!.

if you go to Spark Notes, they give a great summary of each chapter and for the most part, the summaries for each chapter are short, so i hope that helps =]
