I love that series! also try "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer as well!. It's more serious and intended for an older audience but I thought that it was more interesting that Twilight!.

also try Cornelia Funke's books: Inkheart and Inkspell!. The synopsis will seem childish but I've reread them multiple times and I was hooked!

Obviously, you have the Harry Potter books as well!. You should give them a try if you haven't!.

Meg Cabot's books, the Princess Diaries series, Size 12 is not Fat, and ect!. Those ones are really interesting and funny!. It's for every female teen!.

Another great series are the "Uglies" series by Scott Westerfield!. It's about an alternative universe where anything short of drop dead gorgeous is unacceptable!.

The Giver is also really good!. By Lois Lowry, it also takes place in a different world where there is a huge hold of the population!.

Lastly, if you're new to the crime genre, I'd recommend the Chloe and Levesque series by Norah McClintock or the Mike and Riel series by the same author!. They're really suspenseful and even though I'm not a big fan of the genre, McClintock makes me keep reading!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

OH, I loved that series!. Have you read The Host, by the same author!? My favorites are vampire novels, and it has to be a series of books!.

Have you read the Betsy Taylor novels!? They are really fun!. The author is Marry Janice Davidson!. EDIT - Betsy is a special vampire, newly risen, who loves shoes, and is a bit ditsy!. She also happens to be the prophesied Queen of the Vampires!. It's quite a bit of fun!

also, Kim Harrison has a series that starts with a book called Dead Witch Walking!. - EDIT - This is a series about a vamp, Ivy, and a witch, Rachel Morgan!. The two of them own a private detective firm!.

There is also Laurell K Hamilton, who writes two series, one about vampire slayer Anita Blake, which is great, and one bout Merry Gentry, who is a Fairy Princess, but the Fairy world is a dark realm!.

I love Anne Rice novels!. She does great things with supernatural subjects!. - EDIT - She does several series, my favorites being the Vampire Chronicles, and The Mayfair Witches!.

also, J!.D!. Rob is great!. She writes a futuristic murder mystery series (In Death)!. Not really supernatural, but unbelievably enjoyable!. Not Sci-Fi, as there isn't really a focus on the futuristic part!. It is just a device that allows the stories to have world leaders that we don't have at this time!.

EDIT - One thing about all of the above series is that they include a little of all the stuff I love in a book; romance, mystery, grisly crimes, and so on!. My favorite series is the In Death one, as the characters are very real and relatable!. They may be crime/mystery, but the series is about relationships, and troubled pasts, and so on!. Highly recommended!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Seems like everyone has this problem!. lol

My favs include

The Warrior Heir - Cinda Chima
The Lighning Theif - Rick Riordan
The Host - Stephenie Meyer
Legacy - Cayla Kulver (really really unknown author but its very very good)

Those books are all very very good!. They are all fantasies!.

Hope this Helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com
