As of right now - no!.

Meyer has said that IF she were to continue writing in the Twilight universe, she'd continue the series from either Jacob, Leah, or Renesmee's point of view!. She says that Edward and Bella's story has already been told!.

There have been rumors that she will re-write all four books from Edwards point of view - but, those rumors definitely haven't been confirmed, and I am almost positive that she will not do so!.

As far as I know, she is currently devoting her time to "Midnight Sun" and is considering continuing her novel, "The Host" with two sequels!.
