As the Cullens seem to have no intention of leaving at the present, Sam will keep phasing and not grow any older!. For Emily's sake, hopefully that will change!. On the other hand, Jacob and Nessie will live forever, because Nessie is immortal, and Jacob is too as long as he phases!. I think Sam will definitely try to grow old with her, so he will have to try to stop phasing!. If Emily did not age (which she does though) Sam could also not age also!.
