What do you mean Hard Cover Publishing Books!? Books about publishing, which is what is implied by "can be soft cover too"
Go to the library and ask about Writer's Market and similar books!. After you look at what will probably be older copies (the general advice changes little each year) you can decide which you like best and buy the most up to date with publishers addresses and desires!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
