I think one of the things that turned me off of the third section of the book was that there was no major conflict!. As someone already said, there was no fighting scene, and the ending was kind of a drag!. Don't get me wrong, I love the series, but I really think 'Book Three' could have had a bit more detail and adventure/action!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all!.!.!.I am a total Twilight fan and Edward Cullen lover~
but Breaking Dawn!.!.!.
it just seemed like stephenie meyers wasn't focused on making a good story, but just making a story in time!.
everything seemed to rushed and squished!.

and if you read Twilight over again!.!.!.!.you realize the mood is totally different from Breaking Dawn!.!.!.

In Twilight she adds so much detail and the mood makes us want to read more!.!.!.

In breaking dawn!.!.!.!.i didn't sense any kind of mood at all!.!.!.!.it was just a story!.

and there was no climax!.!.!.!.others may say that the Volturi coming to the Cullens was a climax, but seriously!.!.!.!.!.all they did was talk!.

and Bella got EVERYTHING she wanted!.!.!.

a story needs some sort of sacrifice----but all i sense from bella is "yay--I got what I wanted"

I thought Twilight would beat Harry Potter with its story!.!.!.
but stephenie meyers couldn't beat JK rowling, cause jk rowling kept the similar mood throughout the story, and there was always a good climax---and we really felt Harry's sacrifice in each book!.!.!.

don't get me wrong----I still love Twilight (only the first book) more than any Harry Potter book---------but I'm just saying, at least JK Rowling didn't try and squeeze in everything!.!.!.!.and her story kept its mysterious tone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You mean other than the story is just a heap of trash nicely bound together!? Well, I suppose it's bad because Meyer is a mediocre writer who managed to strike up a good year of fame because of a book that, in essence, tells teenage girls that if they think they have found "the one" that they should just ditch their friends and family in order to be with this crazy control freak!. Great morals in THAT story!. Honestly, I think the best part of the whole book was that it was dedicated to muse!. And that was before it even started!. All in all, the whole saga is just overrated and ridiculous!. I mean seriously, hybrid vampire human children!? Oh, and the best part, Renesme!.!.!.!.honestly!. Worst name ever!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
